An Outfit Leader Comment: WAR

As I look back over my life time, as it spans two centuries, the 20th and 21st, with just 18 years of Military Service under my own belt, that during every waking moment of my existance, walking on this earth as a citizen of the United States, that I have been, under an umbrella of protection, provided by our Nations Serviceman on a 24 hr day, 52 week, yearly basis since I have been born.

There has NOT been any single day during my entire life, that there was a period of time that the United States has NOT been either in a direct war, cold war, or other Military termed conflict, not officialy known as, or called War, but maybe a policing action, humartiain action, or training mission in countries around the world that are in constant conflict, all in the name of either National Security, or in our Nations best interests.

Everyone born since World War II, must have met, known, or at least seen a veteran, even though the Veteran, of the United States Military is part of a very small percentage of the U.S. populace who actually serve in the military for a period of time.

This next link sums it all up. It was concieved and made by a 15 year old girl, now a young woman, named Lizzie Palmer. This link has had over 31 million hits on youtube.
